Teaching Reiki

Giving the power and responsibility back to the client is the main reason I love Reiki. There is no dependency forcing a client to come back indefinitely to create and maintain a healthy mind, body and soul, it is aimed at giving nudges, helping to heal and release trauma, creating a stable ground for the client to use their own tools to heal, recover and create the life they love.

Teaching Reiki ties in with that: it offers my students the knowledge and tools to use this amazing energy for their own benefit whenever they feel they need it. 

For Reiki 1 and Reiki 2, during the course of two 4 hour blocks, I perform 4 attunemets each to link the students to the source of the Reiki energy, for life. Even if the students go home and stop practicing and using the energy, this link will remain.

Reiki level 1 teaches about the background, how Dr Usui came to create it and what a generally amazing man he was in the first place (I'm a fan!). The positions to treat yourself are taught and practiced and basic knowledge of energy, auras and the physical body are introduced. It is always a very joyful and happy occasion, spirit embraces it and celebrates with every student. 

Reiki level 2 teaches the Reiki symbols and how to use them (countless possibilities!), what to consider if you choose to go professional, deeper attunements and meditations. 

I combine Master Teacher level with Reiki level 2. As a Master Teacher, you know how to give attunements, are being given the manuscript to teach and receive the corresponding attunements. It's a lot of knowledge in one go but everything ties in together and is easy to learn. To
